Digital Assets are an Unparalleled Opportunity

Over the last decade, decentralised networks and trustless enterprises have captured billions in value with the potential to greatly expand further in the years to come.

Incorporated in March 2016, KR1 plc is an internally managed digital asset investment company with one of the longest track records in the crypto markets and digital asset industry. KR1 plc shares are traded on the APX segment of the AQSE Growth Market, allowing anyone to purchase the shares and gain exposure to the crypto markets through KR1 plc's underlying portfolio of digital assets investments and revenue-generating staking activities.

KR1 plc is different from most technology venture capital firms, with its primary focus on digital assets as an investment unit rather than traditional equity in start-ups. Equally, unlike some private crypto funds, KR1 plc is completely transparent and flexible in its operations, with significant investments and asset realisations being publicly announced.

A Short History of KR1 plc

Incorporated in March 2016, KR1 plc is one of the world’s first institutional digital asset investment vehicles. At the time of incorporation, the digital asset market was embryonic, as seen on the CoinMarketCap.com screenshot taken a day after incorporation from 9 March 2016 with Ethereum having only been recently launched and BTC at US$412. Since then, KR1 plc has invested and supported many key projects in the decentralised ecosystem.
